Elvin Mirzayev was born on February 13, 1994 in the city of Khachmaz. Soldier Elvin Mirzayev was heroically killed in April 2016 during the "April War" on the Azerbaijani-Armenian contact line. Elvin Mirzayev was awarded the 3rd degree medal "For Merit in Military Service" by the order of President Ilham Aliyev for his heroism after his death.
