Mahir Sabir oglu Mirzayev was born on February 17, 1994 in the Sabunchu district of Baku. Mirzayev Mahir Sabir oglu was martyred on April 2, 2016 during the April battles, showing heroism in the battles for Seysulan and Gapanli. Mahir Mirzayev was awarded the 3rd degree medal "For Merit in Military Service" by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for his heroism after his death.
