Rashad Mahmudov was born in 1992 in Ashagi Jurali village of Bilasuvar region. Rashad Mahmudov was a senior lieutenant of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces. He died on July 13, 2020 during the fierce fighting in the direction of Tovuz. On July 13, Rashad Mahmudov was buried in his native village of Ashagi Jurali, Bilasuvar region.
